1. Check Eligibility

✔ Please contact us (text or email) with photos of what you have, and your address to determine if you qualify for

a free corporate pick up.
✔ If you only have a few items, please bring them to one of our drop-off bins, or our main location in Aurora, IN.

2. Submit a Request

Fill out our online request form, or contact us to schedule a pickup. To ensure a smooth process, please provide:

Location details – Address and access instructions.
Requester information – Name, company, and contact details.
On-Site contacts (please provide two people) – Names, phone numbers, and emails of who we can call on pickup day.
Preferred communication method – Email, phone, or text for updates.
Scheduling preferences – Preferred pickup dates and time frames.
Special requirements – Do you need a Certificate of Destruction (CoD) or a Certificate of Recycling (CoR)?
Facility access details – Is there a loading dock? freight elevator? stairs?
Equipment availability – Do you have a pallet jack, forklift, carts, or bins? are items easily accessible, gathered, boxed or palletized?
Inventory details – Please provide a list and/or photos of the items for pickup.

3. Do a Final Check & Spread the Word

Before our scheduled pickup, please:

Double-check our list of accepted items and do a last sweep around the office to gather everything eligible. feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Encourage your team to participate! Employees can bring in old electronics from home to add to the pickup.

4. Receive Confirmation

Our team will review your request and confirm a pickup date and time that works for you.

5. Pickup & Responsible Recycling

Our small, dedicated team will arrive as scheduled, collect your electronics, and ensure they are properly sorted for reuse, refurbishment, or recycling, please have all items discussed for pick up gathered and easily accessible prior to their arrival.

6. Receive Documentation (if needed)

If your company requires a Certificate of Destruction or recycling report, we can provide documentation upon request for a fee.
